Rat Lipase, Hormone Sensitive ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with the target bound by an immobilised antibody, detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Hormone Sensitive Lipase/HSL Antibody, and visualised via HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting yellow colour is proportional to target concentration and is read by absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
