Rat Lipase, Endothelial ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat LIPG (Lipase, Endothelial) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. Using a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), the assay provides colourimetric detection via TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The kit is reactive with rat samples and has a quantitative range of 3.12-200 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <1.15 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. LIPG is also referred to as Endothelial lipase, Endothelial cell-derived lipase, EDL, EL, Phospholipase A1 and EC:3.1.1.32. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
