Rat Leucine Aminopeptidase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat LAP3 (Leucine Aminopeptidase) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, using a biotinylated anti-LAP3 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is developed with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <0.145 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Manufacturer-reported sample recovery values are 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum (n=5), 81%–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma (n=5) and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is documented in the product literature.
