Rat Leptin Receptor ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Rat Leptin Receptor ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Leptin Receptor in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a colorimetric readout read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

According to the manufacturer's data, the assay has a sensitivity of <0.66 ng/ml and a working range of 1.56-100 ng/ml. Reported spike-and-recovery values are: Serum (n=5) 80%-102% with an average of 91%; EDTA Plasma (n=5) 81%-100% with an average of 90%; Heparin Plasma (n=5) 80%-89% with an average of 84%. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is also reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma sample types.

The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.
