Rat Kinesin Family, Member 5B ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat KIF5B (Kinesin Family, Member 5B) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm following incubation with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.059 ng/ml, an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
