Rat Kallikrein 9 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Kallikrein 9 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for Kallikrein 9 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Kallikrein 9 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection is achieved with TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is measured at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported sensitivity is <0.052 ng/ml with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min.

Recovery has been validated across sample types (n=5 each): serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and must not be used past the stated expiration date.
