Rat Kallikrein 1 ELISA Kit

Distributed by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Tissue Kallikrein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The reported sensitivity is <0.064 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and detection is colourimetric, read at 450 nm using a microplate reader. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported recovery values are: Serum (n=5) range 80–102% with average 91%; EDTA Plasma (n=5) range 81–100% with average 90%; Heparin Plasma (n=5) range 80–89% with average 84%. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is provided across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-Tissue Kallikrein detection antibody followed by HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance proportional to Tissue Kallikrein concentration in each well.
