Rat Janus Kinase 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Janus Kinase 3 (JAK3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-JAK3 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised using TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve spans 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a reported sensitivity of 6.2 pg/ml, and the complete assay time is 4 h 30 min.

Reported recovery values are 80%-102% (average 91%, n=5) in serum, 81%-100% (average 90%, n=5) in EDTA plasma and 80%-89% (average 84%, n=5) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types.
