Rat Interleukin 8 Receptor Beta ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CXCR2 (Interleukin 8 Receptor Beta), this sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, with reactivity for rat samples. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-CXCR2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The working range is 0.312–20 ng/ml and the sensitivity is 0.109 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Standards are prepared as a dilution series from 20 ng/ml down to 0.313 ng/ml in Sample Dilution Buffer.

Mean recovery values (n=5) are reported for serum (91%, range 80%–102%), EDTA plasma (90%, range 81%–100%) and heparin plasma (84%, range 80%–89%). Dilutional linearity is provided at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for the same sample types. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as labelled, and the product is intended for research use only.
