Rat Interleukin 7 Receptor ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CD127 (Interleukin 7 Receptor) is offered by Antibodies.com, for use with rat serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in which CD127 is captured and detected via a biotinylated anti-CD127 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and quantified by reading absorbance at 450nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.116 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Manufacturer data report mean recovery values of 91% in serum (n=5), 95% in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 96% in heparin plasma (n=5).
