Rat Interleukin 33 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat IL-33, this sandwich ELISA is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-IL-33 detection antibody, HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

The reported standard curve range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 27 pg/ml. Recovery is reported as 83–100% (average 91%) for serum, 91–98% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma and 90–99% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
