Rat Interleukin 24 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Interleukin 24 (IL-24) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate with an antibody specific for IL-24, combined with a biotinylated anti-IL-24 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated via TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The standard curve spans 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 6.4 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported recovery values are: serum n=5, range 83%-100%, average 91%; EDTA plasma n=5, range 90%-103%, average 96%; heparin plasma n=5, range 90%-99%, average 94%.
