Rat Interleukin 18 Binding Protein ELISA Kit

The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and test samples are added to the wells; captured IL-18BP is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-IL-18BP Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with visualisation via TMB substrate that yields a yellow product after addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with colour intensity proportional to the amount of IL-18BP captured in each well.
