Rat Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a Sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha (IL-11RA) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for IL-11RA. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-IL-11RA antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is visualised using TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a sensitivity of <0.064 ng/ml and a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes.
