Rat Interleukin 10 Receptor Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Interleukin 10 Receptor Beta (IL-10RB) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-IL-10RB antibody paired with HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Sensitivity is reported as 0.065 ng/ml and the assay range as 0.156-10 ng/ml. Sample recovery values (n=5) include 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-101% (average 91%) for EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma, with linearity data reported for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions of each sample type.
