Rat Interleukin 1 Receptor Associated Kinase 4 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-IRAK4 detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.9 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
