Rat Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CXCL11 (Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for CXCL11 pre-coated onto a microplate, a biotinylated anti-CXCL11 detection antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate with TMB substrate producing a colour change measured at 450 nm.

The colourimetric quantitative assay has a working range of 46.8–3000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <16.13 pg/ml. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, observed linearity spans 70–107% for serum, 81–110% for EDTA plasma and 77–107% for heparin plasma. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
