From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 4 (IGFBP4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader following the HRP-catalysed TMB reaction.

The reported product range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.148 ng/ml.
