Rat Inhibin Binding Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Inhibin Binding Protein (INHBP). The quantitative assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate using a biotinylated anti-INHBP detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate development read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min, and the kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The standard product range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.192 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery has been demonstrated in serum (range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, average 84%), with dilution linearity confirmed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across these matrices. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
