Rat IL4 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Rat IL4 ELISA Kit quantitatively measures Interleukin-4 (IL-4) levels in rat samples using a solid-phase immunoassay run on a pre-coated microplate. Each kit provides enough reagents for one plate, including lyophilized recombinant standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and TMB substrate. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen, while working dilutions of the detection antibody are kept refrigerated and protected from light.
