Rat Hyaluronoglucosaminidase 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Hyaluronoglucosaminidase 1 (HYAL1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-HYAL1 antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate for detection, visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.55 ng/ml with a working range of 1.56–100 ng/ml, and the full protocol is completed in approximately 4h 30m. Recovery has been characterised in serum (80–102%), EDTA plasma (81–100%) and heparin plasma (80–89%), with dilution linearity demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across these same matrices.

Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the assay should not be used past the stated expiration date.
