Rat High Affinity Choline Transporter ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat SLC5A7 (High Affinity Choline Transporter) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-SLC5A7 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow product read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with sensitivity of <28 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery in serum averages 93% (range 85-101%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 92% (86-99%, n=5) and in heparin plasma 94% (87-101%, n=5). Linearity data is provided across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in each matrix.
