Rat Hedgehog Homolog, Indian ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Indian Hedgehog Homolog (Ihh) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourimetric readout at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader, using a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate.

According to the manufacturer, the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, the sensitivity is <0.054 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Sample recovery has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with mean values of 91% (serum, range 80–102%, n=5), 90% (EDTA plasma, range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% (heparin plasma, range 80–89%, n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as indicated, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
