Rat Granzyme M ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of rat Granzyme M in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm following incubation with a biotinylated anti-Granzyme M detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate.

The standard detection range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a stated sensitivity of <8.1 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Validated recovery (n=5) averaged 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was assessed across the same matrices. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated in the product insert.
