Rat Glycoprotein A33 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Glycoprotein A33 (GPA33) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids [S1]. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised anti-GPA33 antibody, followed by a biotinylated anti-GPA33 detection antibody, HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1].

The stated assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.112 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 min [S1]. Reported recovery in serum (n=5) ranges from 83% to 100% with an average of 91%, in EDTA plasma (n=5) from 91% to 98% averaging 94%, and in heparin plasma (n=5) from 90% to 99% averaging 94% [S1]. Linearity data for serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 is provided for the same sample types [S1]. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as specified on each item [S1].
