Rat Glycogen Synthase Kinase 3 Beta ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Rat GSK3 beta ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat GSK3 beta in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 × 8 well strips. Captured GSK3 beta is detected using a biotinylated anti-GSK3 beta antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated performance characteristics include a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, a sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min.

Manufacturer validation data report recovery averages of 91% in serum (range 83–100%, n = 5), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 91–98%, n = 5), and 94% in heparin plasma (range 90–99%, n = 5). Dilution linearity testing across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions gave recovery ranges of 78–104% in serum, 81–109% in EDTA plasma, and 74–105% in heparin plasma (n = 5 for each).
