Rat Glutathione Reductase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Glutathione Reductase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for Glutathione Reductase. Standards and samples are added to the wells; bound target is then visualised using a biotinylated anti-Glutathione Reductase antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change read at 450 nm.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.066 ng/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In testing with serum (n=5), EDTA plasma (n=5) and heparin plasma (n=5), recovery averages were 91%, 90% and 84% across the 80–102%, 81–99% and 80–89% ranges respectively.

Kit components include a pre-coated 12 x 8 well strip microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
