Rat Glucoprotein 130 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CD130/gp130 (also listed under the target name Glucoprotein 130) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids.

The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-CD130/gp130 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate added to generate a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The density of yellow developed after addition of the acidic stop solution is proportional to the amount of CD130/gp130 captured in each well, and concentrations are calculated by reference to the standard curve. The total assay time is 4h 30m. The stated assay range is 3.12–200 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <1.21 ng/ml.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
