Rat G-6-Pase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat G-6-Pase Catalytic Subunit 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for G-6-Pase Catalytic Subunit 1 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and shows reactivity with rat samples.

Performed on a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, the kit delivers quantitative results within approximately four hours. The standard curve spans a measuring range of 78.125–5000 mIU/mL with a sensitivity of less than 46.875 mIU/mL. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing, with validated healthy serum and healthy plasma dilutions reported at 1:2. Recovery has been demonstrated across serum (86–101%, average 95%), EDTA plasma (86–103%, average 92%) and heparin plasma (86–104%, average 96%), with consistent performance maintained across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 sample dilutions.

The kit is shipped at +4°C; components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed in the protocol manual, with care taken to avoid freeze/thaw cycles and to ensure use before the stated expiration date.
