Rat Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Fibroblast Growth Factor 21 (FGF21) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format and employs a Biotinylated Anti-FGF21 Antibody with an HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm with a colorimetric microplate reader.

Dilution linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum (n=5): 90-99%, 82-108%, 82-96%, 92-103%; EDTA plasma (n=5): 84-105%, 88-94%, 89-107%, 72-106%; and heparin plasma (n=5): 89-92%, 88-108%, 84-102%, 90-98%.
