Rat Fibrinogen Gamma ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Fibrinogen gamma Chain in plasma samples. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip configuration, using a biotinylated anti-Fibrinogen gamma Chain antibody followed by HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative assay has a working range of 78.1-5000 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <27 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery values are: serum 80-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81-100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as serum 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101%, 92-97%; EDTA plasma 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101%, 79-108%; and heparin plasma 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105%, 89-91%.
