Rat Fatty Acid Desaturase 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Fatty Acid Desaturase 1 (FADS1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The pre-coated 96-well microplate platform (12 x 8-well strips) employs a biotinylated anti-FADS1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Provided components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with kit components stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
