Rat Fatty Acid Binding Protein 1, Liver ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips); captured Liver FABP is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Liver FABP Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate, and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time: 4h 30m.

Detection range: 0.781–50 ng/ml. Sensitivity: <0.27 ng/ml. Spiked sample recovery (n=5) is reported as 80–102% for serum, 81–100% for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. For research use only.
