Rat Factor Related Apoptosis ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Factor Related Apoptosis in rat samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The method uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Reported performance figures include a detection range of 78.125-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 29 pg/ml. The assay is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes and uses a colorimetric read-out. Spike-and-recovery values are 80-102% for serum, 81-100% for EDTA plasma and 80-89% for heparin plasma, with dilution linearity values reported across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for each sample type.
