Rat Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CD147 (Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer) in serum, plasma, lung lavage fluid and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-CD147 antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, followed by TMB substrate. The colour change is measured at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
