Rat Erythropoietin Receptor ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Erythropoietin Receptor (EPO-R) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-EPO-R detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 5.8 pg/ml, a quantitative range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery in serum samples (n=5) is reported at 80%–102% with an average of 91%. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as specified, and the kit must not be used past its stated expiration date.
