Rat Enolase, Non Neuronal ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Enolase, Non Neuronal (ENO1) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with an antibody specific for ENO1, with detection via a biotinylated anti-ENO1 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.114 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Provided components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Manufacturer validation reports average recoveries of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5). Linear dilution performance across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is 87-91% to 92-97% in serum, 90-105% to 79-108% in EDTA plasma, and 84-95% to 89-91% in heparin plasma.
