Rat Endothelin Receptor B ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) distributed by Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Endothelin B Receptor (ET-B) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-ET-B detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with signal read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of 0.06 ng/ml, and the full assay requires 4h 30m. Reported spike-and-recovery values average 91% in serum (range 80%–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%–89%, n=5). Linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample matrices.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
