Rat Echinoderm Microtubule Associated Protein Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a biotinylated anti-EML2 antibody paired with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a standard colorimetric microplate reader.
