Rat DKK2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rat DKK2 ELISA Kit is a 4-hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat DKK2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The protein target is also known as Dickkopf-2 or Dickkopf-related protein 2.

Standards and samples are added to wells of a pre-coated microplate, where DKK2 binds to the immobilized capture antibody. After incubation and washing, a biotinylated detection antibody is added to form an antibody-antigen-antibody sandwich complex. HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate are then introduced, producing a colour change measured at 450 nm whose intensity is proportional to the DKK2 concentration captured in each well.

The assay covers a quantitative range of 0.313–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL, and is specific for DKK2 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Reactivity is restricted to rat samples.
