Rat Discs, Large Homolog 4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Discs, Large Homolog 4 (PSD-95) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-target antibody, and HRP-avidin with TMB substrate; the colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
