Rat Cytochrome P450 11A1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Cytochrome P450 11A1 (CYP11A1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs an antibody specific for CYP11A1 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection via a biotinylated anti-CYP11A1 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer source, the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and the sensitivity is <0.064 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the assay is for use with rat samples.
