Rat Cysteinyl Leukotriene Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat CysLT2 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, and quantification is performed by reading absorbance at 450 nm with a colorimetric microplate reader after incubation with a TMB substrate.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.108 ng/ml, and the complete protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In recovery testing with five replicates per matrix, serum showed an average of 91% (range 80%–102%), EDTA plasma averaged 91% (range 81%–101%), and heparin plasma averaged 84% (range 80%–89%). Linearity across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 was also characterised for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
