Rat Cyclophilin A ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Cyclophilin A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a Biotinylated Anti-Cyclophilin A Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Signal is read as O.D. absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is <12.8 pg/ml and the standard curve covers 31.2-2000 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
