Rat Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Binding Protein ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Corticotropin Releasing Hormone Binding Protein (CRHBP) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated microplate platform of 12 x 8 well strips using a colorimetric HRP-Avidin / TMB substrate detection system, with the final absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 5.9 pg/ml, a quantitative range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery ranges are given for serum (80–102%), EDTA plasma (81–100%) and heparin plasma (80–89%), with linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each of those sample types.
