Rat Colony Stimulating Factor 3, Granulocyte ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with reactivity confirmed for rat. The assay runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses an immobilised anti-G-CSF capture antibody, a Biotinylated Anti-G-CSF detection antibody, HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with the colorimetric end-point read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by a standard range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <5.3 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recoveries for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma are 91%, 90% and 84% respectively across five replicates per matrix. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
