Rat Coagulation Factor XIII A1 Polypeptide ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Factor XIIIa in plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and employs a biotinylated anti-Factor XIIIa detection antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using a TMB substrate solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.56 ng/ml with a measuring range of 1.56-100 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported average recovery values are: serum 91% (range 80-102%, n=5), EDTA plasma 90% (range 81-100%, n=5), and heparin plasma 84% (range 80-89%, n=5). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
