Rat Cluster Of Differentiation 40 Ligand ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA developed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat TRAP/CD40L (Cluster of Differentiation 40 Ligand) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. Distributed by Antibodies.com, the kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-TRAP/CD40L detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate read at 450 nm. The assay is quantitative, colorimetric and is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

According to the manufacturer, the working standard range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and the analytical sensitivity is reported as <0.061 ng/ml. Reported average recovery from undiluted samples is approximately 91% in serum (range 83–100%, n=5), 96% in EDTA plasma (91–102%, n=5) and 95% in heparin plasma (89–102%, n=5).
