Rat Claudin 5 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com enables quantitative in vitro measurement of rat Claudin 5 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate; standards and samples are added, Claudin 5 is captured by the immobilized antibody, and detection proceeds via a biotinylated anti-Claudin 5 antibody, HRP-avidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
