Rat Claudin 4 ELISA Kit

The assay employs an antibody specific for Claudin 4 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, captured Claudin 4 is bound by a Biotinylated Anti-Claudin 4 Antibody, and an HRP-Avidin conjugate used with a TMB substrate produces a yellow colour proportional to the amount of target present in each well, which is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The stated sensitivity is <0.063 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml.
